Bourbon Cocktails

• 2 oz. Bourbon
• 1/2 oz. Honey Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 Tbs. Fig preserves

Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into an old fashioned glass over large format clear ice. Garnish with thyme sprig & fig slice.

• 2 oz. Bourbon
• 1 oz. Averna Amaro
• 1 Barspoon Luxardo Syrup
• 2 Dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters

Stir all ingredients in mixing glass. Strain into coupe & garnish with a Luxardo Cherry.

• 2 oz Four Roses Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Cynar
• 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
• 2 dashes Bittermens Mole Bitters

Add all ingredients to mixing glass & stir with ice. Strain into coupe or Nick & Nora. Garnish with at least 3 Luxardo Cherries. NO SHITTY CHERRIES!

• 1 1/2 Rittenhouse Rye
• 1 1/4 Cynar
• 3/4 Mr. Black
• 1/2 Peat Monster
• 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Stir all ingredients and strain over clear ice into an old fashioned glass.

• 1 1/2 Thai chili-infused Rye
• 1 tsp Mezcal
• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Dry Curacao
• 1 tsp Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice & strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a pepper & a super cute tiny clip!
