- 1 1/2 oz Aged Rum
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Campari
Shake first 3 ingredients with ice & strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Over the back of a bar spoon resting against the inside of the glass, slowly pour the Campari. Garnish with a crack of black pepper.
