- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Staring with the egg white, add all ingredients to shaker tin. Dry shake with extra spring from strainer. Add ice & wet shake. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon peel.
