- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to shaker tin (starting with egg white in case you mess it up). Dry shake (without ice) at least 30 seconds. Add ice & shake again. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with 4 drops Angostura Bitters.
